We’re looking for an Internal Communications Director to help lead, shape, manage and drive our internal communication strategy. As a member of the People Leadership Team (PLT), you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategic programs and communication initiatives across different geographies impacting a wide range of stakeholders. Productboard is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of onboarding, activation, and retention marketing initiatives. This includes optimizing the free trial and customer onboarding experience and promoting customer health across thousands of accounts. The goal is to foster loyalty, at scale, within our ever-growing customer base.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about product, user experience, and marketing automation. You will be part of the Marketing organization, reporting to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing and working closely with the Customer Success and Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor wires, social media and other news sources to find fresh, relevant content for CTV Morning Live (CML)
• Chase live news guests for developing stories, write scripts and edit breaking news
• Write scripts and edit video for a variety of stories (news and features)
• Support field crew in sourcing highest quality video and delivering end goal to air the latest information in a timely manner on CML
• Share accountability for presenting end product that is consistent with highest professional journalistic standards
• Support and backfill in News Producing as required and other roles (i.e. chase producing and reporting) as assigned, where performance and qualifications permit
• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Do:

• Anchor newscasts, as scheduled, in a credible, factual and entertaining manner
• Write and edit copy within newscasts to create compelling, "must listen to" content
• Chase and produce original content that matters to NEWS 1130's audience, both on air and online
• Contribute to the editorial direction of the station by bringing story ideas to the table every day
• Report on news events - both live from the scene and from the newsroom - in a factual, compelling and entertaining way
• Strive to make NEWS 1130 the best it can be, by producing quality content first
